  bet36亚洲官_bet36最新体育备用_bet36亚洲是全区各毛皮皮革企业、事业单位、团体及个人,为维护共同利益,实现共同意愿,自愿组成的全区性、非营利的行业性社会团体,具有社会团体法人资格。协会按照国家民政部《社会团体管理条例》及有关法律、法规和政策规定,在自治区经信委非公经济服务局的业务指导和自治区民政厅的监督管理下开展工作。主要职责是充分发挥桥梁纽带作用,坚持“服务、协调、维权、自律”的基本职能,配合经信委非公经济服务局承担改善经营环境、加强信息咨询、金融及法律服务,开展对外交流合作、业务培训和国内外会展服务,规范行业秩序,推动行业发展及会员联谊和信息平台建设工作。主要工作职责是:       
一、宣传贯彻国家和自治区对毛皮皮革行业的政策,法律,
法规;指导、监督会员实行行业自律,坚持依法经营。       
    二、发挥桥梁纽带作用,加强政府与企业的沟通,了解企业的诉求和困难,反映企业的要求和意见,帮助企业排忧解难。 
三、建立综合服务平台,为会员提供技术、法律、各类认证咨询、知识产权保护与金融服务。 
四、组织和承办各种业务知识讲座、培训班、与国内国际的同行交流合作、友好往来。
   五、积极组织会员参加国内外专业和相关的展览会,组织出国考察、业务洽谈、或专题活动。
六、积极开展行业调研、适时召开研讨会。制定规划;及时进行数据统计。
七、建设并维护好协会信息网站平台、编辑发行协会会刊等信息资料(暂定为季刊),及时收集和传递国际毛皮皮革信息、树立行业和会员形象、加强品牌建设和对外宣传。
八、建立与会员的联系机制,统筹协调好会员之间的关系,接收和处理有关投诉,调解会员之间的经济纠纷,维护行业信誉。加强行业自律,不断进行企业管理的理论与实践的探讨,总结推广先进经验和好的做法。
九、积极开展电子营销,开拓市场,不断壮大宁夏毛皮皮革行业。
十、承担法律法规授权,政府委托的其他事项和有关职能。
